We will always do our best to fulfil your needs and meet your goals, but sometimes it is best to have a few simple things written down so that we both know what is what.

Before using any of Support Unlimited services, you are required to read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions.

By purchasing any of our services on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on this page.



You, the Customer, are engaging the services of Support Unlimited, located at 3 Orchid Close, Southall, UB1 1BJ.


What do both parties agree to do?

YOU: As our customer, you have the power and ability to enter into this contract on behalf of your company or organisation. You agree to provide us with everything that we need to complete any task you create, including text, images and other information as and when we need it, and in the format that we ask for. You agree to review our work, provide feedback and sign-off approval.

US: We have the experience and ability to perform the services you need from us and we will carry them out in a professional manner. We will endeavour to complete tasks according to our time frame for tasks but sometimes this may not be possible for a number of reasons including but not limited to you have not supplied relevant materials or have not marked tasks as complete. On top of this we will also maintain the confidentiality of any information that you give us.


We provide services, not products

In respect of unlimited graphic design and unlimited copywriting, you the Customer are not paying for a product, a logo, a certain design, a blog post, a sales letter, a revisions or any other type of digital product. You the Customer are paying for the use of our team at Support Unlimited that can provide digital services to you.

Therefore, each membership payment is deemed as services rendered.


Unlimited monthly graphic design and copywriting service

Requests should fall within the following categories:

Design a new logo

Design posters and leaflets

Design business cards and letterheads

Email and newsletter template design

Covers, photos & graphics for social media accounts

Menus & Brochures design

Blog writing

Sales letters

Email newsletters

Product descriptions

Pay per click adverts

Landing pages content


Examples of requests which shall not meet Support Unlimited management approval for support:

Video / motion graphics

Heavy photo manipulation

Magazine or brochures of more than 40 pages

3D / Computer aided design

Custom plugin development

Custom theme development

Any task that requires our team to engage in research, e.g asking us to find out the best product/service/item to achieve a particular objective you have

Infusionsoft related tasks

Marketing strategy and consultation

Business strategy and consultation

Pay per click management

If you are unsure about the whether or not a request meets these criteria, submit it as a task to our ticketing system and we will either accept the ticket or deny the ticket based on managerial approval.

Support Unlimited will decline or approve requests at its sole and exclusive discretion.


Ownership and copyrights of any work produced

You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion in your graphic design are either owned by your good selves, or that you have permission to use them.

When you pay for our services, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:

You own text content, photographs and other data you provided, unless someone else owns them.

You own the graphics and other visual elements that we create for you. However, you cannot resell or distribute our work on graphic design market place sites, such as Design Market, Shutterstock, or Adobe Stock, etc.

You can however, use our work to create commercial products that you resell, for example, you can sell T-shirts that we’ve designed for you, greetings cards that we’ve designed for you, websites that we’ve designed for you etc. As long as they are not sold graphic design market place sites, such as Design Market, Shutterstock, or Adobe Stock, etc.

Unless you inform us otherwise we may show your designs as an example of our work on our website for marketing purposes.


Abuse of the Support Unlimited service

The definition of the term ‘abuse’ is determined by Support Unlimited management, at its sole and exclusive discretion. Customers deemed to be abusing the Support Unlimited service will be contacted by the Support Unlimited management. Support Unlimited management retains the sole and absolute discretion to suspend or terminate any and all services to you and terminate your account if we deem necessary.


Payments, Refunds, Termination and Cancellation

Payments for active subscriptions happen consecutively on the same date of the month as the initial sign up unless by chance the sign up date was on the 31st and the payment date falls on a month that does not have 31 days, than the debit will happen on the nearest date on that same month. E.g the last day of that month.

We have the right to change our prices. In the rare event of a price increase for your ongoing subscription service, we will email you at least 7 calendar days before the price change happens.

From time to time, we might offer temporary promotions or price cuts for any of our fees. These promotional fees are only available for our new customers.

You may request a refund within the first 14 calendar days of a purchase of any new subscription plan, this is your money back guarantee period. If you do request a refund within the first 14 calendar days of a purchase of any new subscription plan you will receive a full refund of the subscription price you paid at the time of signing up.

After the 14 calendar days money back guarantee period has expired, we do not offer any full or partial refunds if you cancel your subscription. For example, if your billing date is the 24th of the month, and you cancel your subscription on the 15th of the month, you shall continue to have access to the Support Unlimited service until midnight on the 23rd of the month. At that time, your subscription would cease and you would not be charged by us again. You shall not be partially refunded for the period of 15th of the month to the 23rd of the month.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You are never required to stay subscribed to the Support Unlimited service.


If you don’t use it you lose it

There are no guarantees on how many task requests can be completed each month. Payments are recurring regardless of how much or how little you use the service, think of it as an unlimited phone plan, just because you didn’t use it for a month doesn’t mean you get a refund for that month.

Monthly fees are non-refundable. We do not offer any refund if we reject your task request for any reason.

Support Unlimited may terminate or suspend any and all Services to you and terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, or for no reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and conditions. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your Support Unlimited account, you must Contact us with your termination request. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Task Queue System

We process task requests as fast as your monthly plan allows in the form of a queue system. Until you mark a task as complete, we will not be able to start working on your next request.



Support Unlimited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the terms, Support Unlimited will notify you by email at least 7 calendar days prior to any changes coming into effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Support Unlimited’s sole discretion. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Using any service or viewing any content following notification of a material change to the terms shall constitute your acceptance of the Terms as modified.


Non transferable ownership

You cannot transfer this contract to anyone else without our permission. This contract stays in place and need not be renewed. If for some reason one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of it remain in place.
